Suzanne is self taught and started baking as a hobby after she had a family and moved to Colorado. She used family and friends as guinea pigs for her creations, taking her experiments into work and sending them as Christmas gifts. After positive reactions she started taking them to school and became well known in the community for her delicious pies, cakes, irresistible cookies, and tasty treats. Whenever there is a celebration, Suzanne's baked goods are always an anticipated treat. In her spare time in addition to raising her 2 children, she likes to read, and always has a couple of mysteries on her bedside table. She loves to watch her daughter in dance class and has been taking Taekwondo with her son for the last 3 years.
Terry has been certified as an executive chef by both the ACF (American Culinary Federation) and the PCA (Professional Chefs Association). He has been a host apprentice chef for many students in both regular kitchens and in the pastry side of the culinary field. Terry's main focus is to have a high quality product at a reasonable price, this is shown in the products in the pastry case.Suzanne and Terry have been together now for 7 years and decided to combine their talents and open a deli/bakery. Galveston is the ideal location to make their dream come true
